Sandard Terms*

Monthly payment of invoices within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Accounts are due strictly by the due date. Failure to pay within these terms will lead to the account being placed on hold without warning. Any further costs associated with debt recovery will be added. Title of goods supplied to the account holder remain the property of Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd until the account has been paid in full.

A. The Applicant acknowledges that:

This Application is subject to assessment and approval by Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd and therefore the Applicant may not necessarily be provided credit.
They have received a copy of Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd Terms and Conditions prior to signing this Application and agree to trade on the basis of those Terms and Conditions.
Payment of all invoices is to be made in full without deduction or deferment on account of any claim, counterclaim or set-off on the basis of the trading terms selected in this Application, which terms are binding upon the Applicant for all invoices.

B. The person(s) signing this Application hereby warrant(s) that they:

Have authority to sign this Application on behalf of the Applicant and to bind the Applicant.
Have read and fully understand the nature and effect of the Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
Have provided information in this Application that is Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd before, during or after the provision of credit to give and receive information about the Applicant to and from any credit reporting agency, credit provider, bank or financial institution or any other corporation, association or person in accordance with the Privacy Act, 1988 as amended or otherwise. This information may concern the Applicant's consumer credit and/or commercial credit and trading arrangements, may consist of credit reports and other credit and trading information concerning the Applicant and its business and may be used to assess or review at any time this Application or to collect any overdue payments and/or to provide credit references in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act, 1988 as amended or otherwise.
Hereby indemnify Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd in respect of any claims or actions arising out of the obtaining or providing of information concerning the Applicant.

Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd is committed to the Applicant's privacy. The Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd policy on the handling of personal information is to comply with the National and Australian Privacy Principles for the fair handling of personal information as set out in the Privacy Act, 1988 as amended. In accordance with those principles and Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd Privacy Policy, persons will be given access to their personal information on request. Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd uses the personal information collected in considering and assessing this Application to enable it to supply the Applicant with products and/or services, manage its accounts and, if necessary, insure its risk in collecting debts. This information may be disclosed to the Applicant's related or associated companies, contractors, other credit providers whether or not the Applicant's account is overdue and, if necessary, its risk insurers, mercantile agencies, and credit reporting agencies. If all or part of the information requested is not provided the Carrier may not be able to consider any application made by the Applicant or to supply the Applicant with products and/or services and Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd may not be able to process this Application. Any questions or concerns about Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd Privacy Policy should be directed to Label Press (QLD) Ply Ltd marked to the attention of the Privacy Officer at 98 Cobalt St, Carole Park, QLD 4300.
